Annual HOA meeting
We invite all residents to attend the annual HOA meeting so we can hear from you. The meetings are held at Picotte Elementary School in September. You will receive a post card in the mail to notify you of the date and time. No meeting for 2023, the school is limiting access for health safety.
Garage Sales
The neighborhood sponsors two garage sales every year. One in Spring and one in the Fall. Please check back for specific dates!

BLock Parties
The board supports neighbors putting together block parties and will pay for the street barricades if they are rented from River City Barricades.
Holiday Decoration Competition
Every December we hold a holiday lights competition. Decorate your home and show off your holiday spirit. Board members drive the neighborhood the week before Christmas to check out the lights! The winner receives a gift card to a local restaurant!
